The P1 Scottish Grand Prix of the Sea returns to Greenock on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th June at the Esplanade. This high-profile international event was a phenomenal success last year, and will again provide a weekend of free family entertainment and a carnival atmosphere along our stunning Esplanade. You’ll witness high speed, adrenaline-packed powerboat, jet ski and water ski racing and it’s completely FREE to attend! There's lots going on with plenty of options for eating and drinking, and a full schedule of performers and entertainment throughout the weekend. There will be displays by jet ski and hydro-flight World and British Champions and stunt riders

A new addition to the event this year is the inclusion of two Food and Drink Villages, housed in marquees as part of the Espanade Showcase brought to you by co-hosts Inverclyde Council and Riverside Inverclyde.  Delivered by Riverside Inverclyde as part of the wider growth strategy for Food and Drink production and manufacturing within the area, the showcase will have two marquees dedicated to 21 local and national Food and Drink companies, with the duel aims to promote inwards investment into Inverclyde as well as providing the opportunity to showcase local and national produce.
